If you don’t know who Billie Eilish is, I’ll assume you’ve been hiding under a rock.

Since her discovery in 2015 Billie Eilish has has conquered music-industry mountains, becoming the first artist born in the 2000s to have a No. 1 album in the United States, and the youngest female ever to have a No. 1 album in the United Kingdom.

Vanity Fair conducted a unique experiment interviewing Billie Eilish on the same date over the space of two years, initially on October 18th 2017 at a point where Billie’s career was sky-rocketing. They have since recorded a third interview.

During this time Saturn moved over her disciple-worthy Sagittarius stellium, sextiling her ultra–unique Aquarius stellium.

At the same time paparazzi-planet Neptune has been whipping up a frenzy of fascination, creating viral appeal during a period of career-defining transits.

Billie’s Heavenly Stellium

Billie Eilish has Sun at 26° Sagittarius, Moon at 12° Aquarius, and a 17° Pisces Ascendant.

The name Eilish is of Irish origin meaning pledged to God. Interesting when you look at her natal chart: Sun, Venus, Pluto in saintly Sagittarius, and Mercury (out-of-sign in Capricorn), scraping the heavens of her natal chart .

Billie Eilish Natal Chart
December 18th 2001, in Los Angeles CA at 11:30am (Rated A)

Vanity Fair

There are so many things to say about the video below! Most people pick up on how depressed she sounds in the 2018 interview compared to 2017.

At around 15 years old we undergo our Saturn opposition. For Billie this definitive transit occurred at the most visible point of her chart, dominating her career point and bringing with it heavy responsibility and a sense of duty.

Saturn was also approaching her Sun (which is on Galactic Centre) at the time of the first interview. During the second interview, Saturn (in the sign he rules) sits on her natal Mercury placement in Capricorn colouring Billie’s communication style with a sullen and down-beat spin.

Is it any wonder she sounds as though she’s got the weight of the world on her shoulders?

When moving across the MC, Saturn leaves a lasting impression on the image, perception, and judgement that an individual faces publicly. One might say character defining. On the MC reputation is formed.

Eilish’s Apprenticeship

We undergo a serious apprenticeship with Saturn and graduate with the tools and knowledge required to achieve our goals.

But don’t be fooled: Saturn brings hard, heavy, responsible work. It can present as depression and a bleak outlook. To someone with a Sagittarius Sun and Aquarius Moon, Saturn dampens the spirit and can feel claustrophobic as it restricts freedom of movement and expression.

Billie may have travelled the world with her art, but when and where she goes is totally dictated to her – she is unable to just up and leave whenever she wants, which is the type of freedom a SagittariusAquarius truly craves.

Saturn also opposes Billie’s natal Jupiter in family-oriented Cancer. Jupiter is the dispositor (the planet that oversees) all her Sagittarius planets and her Pisces ascendant by traditional assignment, making Jupiter an extremely important planet in her natal chart.

Billie talks about not wanting to categorise her self-expression type-casting her to one genre – the Piscean and Aquarian aspects of her personality detest predictability and definition.

Kicking back against the limitation of Saturn as he moulds her into a product of the pop-industry is symbolic of the struggle most teenagers experience as they rebel against the rules of their parents.

Her natal Saturn placement is in the third house in Gemini, both the sign and house of communication. This indicates a maturity and melancholy in her self-expression, as well as potential difficulties she may face when communicating. She might feel isolated and misunderstood, she could also feel as though the things she say’s aren’t taken seriously. During her interview on Hot Ones Billie mentions her ideas are often vetoed by older brother Finneas who insists his creative perspective is more valid.

In addition, Billie has been diagnosed with Tourette’s syndrome which is well known for its unpredictable ticks and outbursts. She’s also revealed she has synesthesia which is a perceptual and cognitive processing phenomenon.

No Escape

When talking about public recognition and her loss of anonymity in 2018 Eilish states

“I’m kinda jealous of Billie from a year ago”

Billie Eilish

By transit, Saturn sits on Eiliesh’s MC, squaring her Pisces ascendant at the same time boundless and intrusive Neptune moves over her ascendant from the diffuse 12th house. During the interview Eilish clearly expresses her personal boundaries and privacy are becoming harder to maintain and recounts her experience when attempting to sneak through a crowd, escalating into a full-scale stampede pretty quickly. Reflecting upon the danger she put herself and many of her fans in, you can see she understands the sacrifices she has to make, and the position of responsibility her elevated status comes with.

Continuing to make statements which describe the need to implement boundaries during invasive Neptune’s transit across her window to the outside world:

“If anyone has a picture of you they’ll use it against you… don’t share everything you think on social media and don’t share how you feel. Just don’t do it.”

Billie Eilish

This statement is saddening. It’s obvious trust and betrayal have already been a huge issue during Eilish’s short time on this planet.

Vanity Fair Parts 2 & 3

In the second comparison interview you can see how much Billie has matured. There’s a loss of innocence as Saturn moves further over her stellium, crystallising her status as a mega-star.

As her Instagram following quantum-leaps from 257K in 2017, to 6.3M in 2018, to 40.7 MILLION FOLLOWERS in 2019, her image as a unique and undefinable new sound in music is, um… defined!

Billie Eilish will continue to be a fascinating one to watch for many years as Saturn approaches her Aquarius stellium comprised of dreamy Neptune (the ruler of her ascendant), her quirky Moon (and dispositor of her important Jupiter placement), and unpredictable Uranus —ruler of all her Aquarius planets— who isn’t keen on being bossed about by know-it-all Saturn.

Billie Eilish’s World Domination

Saturn’s transit to her stelliums from 2015 to 2020

👉A period of hard work concentrating on her career and public demand

August: Saturn turns direct on MC (Part 3)

December: Saturn opposite Jupiter (Part 1), Sun conjunct Venus
Defined as “StreamBait” Genre in The Baffler.

2019: 40.7M followers | Crowning Moments

January: Saturn opposite Jupiter (Part 1), semi-sextile Moon
Eilish’s EP Don’t Smile at Me reached 1 billion streams on Spotify, making her the youngest artist to top 1 billion streams on a project.[9] That month, Eilish released “Bury a Friend” as the third single from her upcoming debut album When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?,[58][59]

Spotify set up a “pop-up enhanced album experience”, which included different artwork and a “multi-sensory” experience of each track for fans.[25][9] The album debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 as well as on the UK Albums Chart, making Eilish the first artist born in the 2000s to have a No. 1 album in the United States, and the youngest female ever to have a No. 1 album in the United Kingdom.[66][67]

August: Saturn retrograde opposite Jupiter (Part 2), sextile Ascendant (Part 2)
Bad Guy peaked at No. 1 in the US.

November: Saturn in direct motion opposite Jupiter (Part 3), sextile Ascendant (Part 3)
Tour concludes in Mexico City.
👉You can feel the Jupitarian sigh of relief as Saturn blesses her ascendant, and entire outlook with his gift of a well earned rest after a period of extremely hard work.

Eilish was nominated for six Grammy Awards including Record of the Year and Song of the Year for “Bad Guy” as well as Album of the Year and Best New Artist. At age 17, she became the youngest artist to be nominated in all four General Field categories.[81] In the same month, Eilish was crowned 2019’s Billboard Woman of the Year.[82]

2020 & Beyond

In 2020, Billie Eilish became the youngest person to feature on Forbes‘ annual ranking of the 100 highest-paid celebrities in the world, with earnings of $53 million.[93]
👉A true Saturnian crowning moment: the reward for hard work under the rule of Saturn (god of the material realm) is often reflected in material wealth.

Like so many others on planet earth, coronavirus disrupted Eilish’s schedule. However as the live-music industry recovers from Covid-19, Eilish has already made tsunami-esque waves and will continue to do so in her promising career.

Confident through her years of experience and mastery of the music industry, and still only the tender age of 17, Elilish states

“Success is not how well people know you, it’s how you’re looked at”.

Billie Eilish

In December 2020 Saturn enters Aquarius and over the coming years, will make contact with her Aquarius and Sagittarius stelliums by conjunction and sextile, respectively.

Will Billie Eilish reinvent herself and the music industry during this new technological-paradigm of streaming and live-music?

👉 The way things are going, we won’t have to wait long to find out!

Elizabeth Montgomery has two stelliums in her birth chart. The first is in the 7th house including her Sun, Venus (her chart ruler), and Uranus in Aries. The second is in the 12th house comprising of Mars (ruler of her Aries sun), Jupiter and Neptune.

As a Libra rising native, Venus is an important planet and sits in the 7th house. It’s a great place to have a Sun–Venus conjunction if you are in the public eye as the 7th house of relationships can also be described as the house of the fan-club; Elizabeth was a popular actress with a very successful career.

Being an Aries Sun, fiery Mars is also of great importance. It’s interesting that both relationship planets Mars and Venus feature not only as rulers of the Ascendant and Descendant (the Eastern rising and Western setting point of the sun) but are also in harmonious aspect to one another and are in each of Elizabeth’s stelliums which both sit above the horizon.

Elizabeth Montgomery’s Birth Chart

Elizabeth Montgomery's Birth Chart
Elizabeth Victoria Montgomery

Los Angeles, California

The Family Business

The Sun in the natal chart is the masculine principle first experienced through the father. Elizabeth’s father Robert Montgomery was an established film and television actor, director and producer, who took a break from acting to fight WW2.

This is described in Elizabeth’s 12th house stellium as the young man who fought (Mars) for the collective political cause (Jupiter–Neptune). Also described is the compelling (Mars) and far-reaching broadcasting potential (Jupiter–Neptune) which can remain etched in the collective consciousness as a glamorously romantic image for years to come.

Trine to her 4th house Moon in Capricorn, acting was in her roots and felt natural for Elizabeth to start working in the family profession from a young age (her first acting job was at the age of 5).

Following in her father’s footsteps, she achieved great success of her own during her eventful career spanning 5 decades. Bewitched was, at the time, the highest-rated series ever for the ABC network and ran for 8 seasons. Montgomery received five Primetime Emmy Award nominations and four Golden Globes.

7th House Aries Stellium

In Bewitched, Montgomery’s character Samantha is an unconventional girl (Venus–Uranus) attempting ‘normality’ in a conventional marriage with her advertising executive husband Darrin Stephens. He tells Samantha not to use witchcraft in their marriage when she reveals her true identity to him on their wedding night.

However, she regularly uses her powers for matters of convenience or mischief, much to the entertainment of the many generations who watched the show and enjoyed the crazy antics which ensued.

Elizabeth Montgomery’s Sun–Venus–Uranus conjunction in the 7th house is brilliantly described by her character’s diplomatic yet provocative nature. There’s a fantastic scene in the pilot episode of Bewitched where Samantha goes to a dinner party with Darrin and is outcasted by his condescending ex-girlfriend.

The way she handles the situation is hilarious – you can watch it below.

Their marriage is met with the disapproval of Samantha’s mother Endora, who throughout the series would constantly meddle in their relationship to drive a wedge between them.

In addition, Samantha’s magical friends and family members from the other realm would drop in uninvited and create all sorts of havoc and leave.

No matter how hard she tried to suppress her magical powers, Samantha would eventually rebel and use them – she just had to be herself. This unpredictable aspect of Samantha and Darrin’s relationship is a great expression of Montgomery’s untamably quirky 7th house Aries stellium.

Relationship issues were also a theme for Montgomery off-screen; she wed four times – the second of which was in 1963 with her director-producer husband William Asher who she had three children with.

Their marriage ended in 1973 after Montgomery had an affair with director Richard Michaels. Consequently both their marriages ended shortly followed by the show, as Asher and Montgomery could no longer work together amicably.

12th House Virgo Stellium

Mars (the ruler of Elizabeth’s Sun) is in Virgo, on the cusp of the 12th house along with Neptune and Jupiter. Virgo is a sign which wants to be of service. Placed in the 12th house of closure and redemption, this combination can indicate someone driven by their beliefs for a better future. This is a spiritual and idealistic combination with a passion for serving humanity through justice and charity.

Mercury, ruler of her Virgo stellium is in Montgomery’s 6th house of daily ritual and routine which also has a mercurial and Virgoan feel. In compassionate Pisces (traditionally ruled by Jupiter, and by modern rulership, Neptune), Mercury echoes the 12th house message of Elizabeth’s Virgo stellium creating a servitude/saviour/humanitarian dynamic which needs to requires daily attention.

According to Wikipedia: “Montgomery was personally devoted to liberal political beliefs, and she “lent her name, along with a great deal of time, money, and energy to a wide variety of charitable and political causes”. She had progressive political views and was an outspoken champion of women’s rights, AIDS activism, and gay rights. Montgomery was also pro-choice throughout her life. She was an ardent critic of the Vietnam War, and in later years, she was an active advocate for AIDS research and outreach to the disabled community.”

Montgomery dedicated her time to charity work, in particular a non-profit organisation called ‘Learning Ally’ which recorded books into audio format for people with disabilities.

Passionate about using her status to make a positive change in the world Elizabeth had progressive and liberal political beliefs. Pluto in Cancer is in Montgomery’s 10th house of public image and reputation, making a trine to her 6th house Mercury in Pisces. This enabled her to take collective issues, give them a compassionate voice, and transform the views of others using her public image and ability to influence.

The Legend of Lizzie Borden

Elizabeth liked to maintain a professional image and succeeded in doing so throughout her career. Secretive Pluto in Cancer in the 10th house echoes the privacy aspect of her 4th house Moon in Capricorn, sitting below the horizon at the midnight position (the most hidden area of the chart). In keeping with this, she preferred to keep her private life out of the spotlight.

Interestingly, Elizabeth starred in a 1975 historical mystery TV film as Lizzie Borden, an American woman who was accused of murdering her father and step-mother in 1892.

Little did she know at the time, but she and Lizzie Borden were sixth cousins once removed, both descending from 17th-century Massachusetts resident John Luther. Genealogist Rhonda McClure, who documented the Montgomery-Borden connection, said, “I wonder how Elizabeth would have felt if she knew she was playing her own cousin.

The elevated placement of Pluto in Montgomery’s 10th house is a signature for playing characters with an air of mystery, powerful secrets, and taboo subjects – a witch is one great expression of this; unknowingly playing her own cousin in a true-crime murder-mystery adaptation is another!

Would she have played the role had she known it was her family story being showcased for the world to witness? With her Capricorn Moon and Saturn (ruler of Capricorn) below the horizon, it’s likely she probably wouldn’t or would have experienced some level of internal conflict in doing so.

Interestingly her chart suggests she was born to reveal a hidden aspect of her family dynamics. The Moon – ruler of her Cancer Midheaven – sits in Elizabeth’s 4th house raising her roots into her profession.

Awakener Uranus – ruler of Aquarius and Elizabeth’s 5th house of performance – is in conjunction with her trailblazing Sun in Aries.

Uranus, ruler of mortality and traditional ruler of Aquarius disposits serious Saturn in Elizabeth’s chart. Her 4th house, IC and Moon (all in Capricorn) are ruled by Saturn bringing her home, family life, the psychological basement, into her acting career.

Balancing Passion With Compassion

The stelliums in Montgomery’s natal chart created two ‘hot-spots’ in her life which constantly demanded attention. Being a liberal activist and fighting for other people through charitable and political causes was something she was truly passionate about.

The influence of the outer planets (Uranus, Neptune and Pluto) in Montgomery’s chart being closely related to her personal planets gave her the ability to participate in issues which impacted her generation (and those to come) by becoming actively involved in movements of change – some very progressive considering the attitude of the times she lived in.

Interactions in her personal and romantic relationships also played a huge role in her life, and she married for a fourth time in January 1993 to Robert Foxworth, her partner of 20 years.

On May 18th 1995 Elizabeth Montgomery passed away from colon cancer which she had previously battled. She was diagnosed 8 weeks earlier, but by this point the cancer had spread to her liver, and nothing could be done to prevent it.

An audio version of Chicken Soup for the Soul was recorded by 21 celebrities for Learning Ally in her memory for her dedication to their cause, after her passing in 1995.

Elizabeth Montgomery came from a place of compassion in her relationship with mankind as a whole. It could be said that she believed in love right to the very end.

There’s no ignoring the brooding and mysterious presence of Keanu Reeves. What with his good looks and penetrating stare, the appealing element to the Canadian actor’s chart is his Virgo stellium, visible as the intellect and intensity which he exudes. It’s hard to believe that the actor is now in his 50’s with an impressive back-catalog spanning more than thirty years!

Keanu Reeves
September 2, 1964, 5:18 AM
In: Beirut (Lebanon)

1st House Virgo Stellium

Able to communicate without uttering a single word, Keanu Reeves’ hypnotic gaze sparks intrigue and magnetism. Paired with intellectual depth and originality, not only does Keanu have Sun–Mercury and ascendant in Virgo, he also has outer planets Uranus and Pluto in the mix creating a powerful stellium.

With his Midheaven in mutable Gemini (also ruled by Mercury) Keanu’s ability to adapt and refine his craft has favored him portraying a variety of roles and genres. Keanu isn’t afraid to venture outside convention to make movies with b-movie status or cult appeal. However, with his magnetic charm, deep and introspective persona and an ability to play the oddball or outsider, he creates a fantastic edge which brings these films to the limelight.

His latest movie with co-star Winona Ryder is Destination Wedding and with Keanu’s chart ruler Mercury overseeing the career point of his chart, it would seem there are no bounds to his versatility as an actor – even in his 50’s, he’s still got it going on! From his Bill and Ted days to the RomCom days of now, Keanu has proved that talent and ability will always overrule trends and fashions when it comes to casting.

11th House Cancer Stellium

Alongside his predominantly Earthy signature, Keanu also has an 11th house Moon plus a Venus–Mars conjunction in moody and protective water sign, Cancer. Keanu’s emotionally intelligent, intuitive, and caring qualities are based around family and friends, which he values highly and needs around him in order to feel nourished and at ease.

However, Keanus past is tinged with tales of sadness: a relationship breakdown after stillbirth, sudden bereavement, and in recent years of his sister whom he dotes, suffering from Leukemia. His Virgo stellium and Cancer Moon give Keanu his resilient and humble way of dealing with reality.

Cheer Up Keanu

After being photographed sitting on a bench looking sad, a meme went viral and subsequently the 15th June 2015 was named “Cheer Up Keanu Day”. Shortly after this, Keanu authored a book called “Ode to Happiness” which in true Mercurial fashion, was a tongue-in-cheek story of depressive scenarios and trying to look at the bright side – proof that no matter how bleak things might seem, Mercury can always find the bright side – an excellent example of Keanu’s Gemini–Virgo signature.

There seems to be a depth to Keanu which has an alluring quality about it. The emotional dimension which is expressed by his Cancer stellium is sextile his Virgo stellium. This gives him the grit, stamina, and craftsmanship to channel his emotional depth through his acting roles. His stelliums are in harmonious aspect to each other, and both feed into his natal Neptune by trine and sextile. This enables the perfect ability to express these signatures through film, and as Neptune is the ruler of his 7th house and Descendant, puts him in good stead for meeting people who recognise and encourage him to realise his potential.

Saturn opposes Keanu’s Virgo stellium and sits at a 90° angle (square) to his Midheaven (the career point of the chart) forming a dynamic configuration. Other people are serious about what Keanu is capable of as an actor, and they recognise his versatility. His ability to play both light-hearted and serious roles have made him a loveable and well respected cinematic icon.

Keanu is not only a successful actor spanning three decades and a variety of iconic roles, but a compassionate person who doesn’t take himself too seriously; a humble and respectable man who deals with real-life problems with an admirable inner strength.
